FAQ

Have Questions?

What services do you offer?

We offer a wide-range of pool cleaning, maintenance, and restoration services including weekly pool cleaning, pool equipment repair, new equipment installation, pool remodeling, tile cleaning, pool inspections, and much more! Check out our Services page, for more information.

How often should I have my pool cleaned?

The frequency at which you should have your pool cleaned depends on many factors, including the pool’s usage, location, and environmental conditions. For most residential pools, we recommend regular, weekly cleaning, especially during the swimming season. We conveniently offer weekly cleaning services.

What is included in your cleaning services?

Our qualified technicians start with making sure your water chemistry, including pH levels, chlorine or other sanitizers, alkalinity, and calcium hardness is maintained for safe and balanced water conditions. Additional services include skimming, vacuuming, brushing, cleaning skimmer and pump baskets, backwashing the filter (if applicable), inspecting and cleaning pool equipment, adding pool chemicals, checking and adjusting the water level, cleaning the pool deck, and much more!

Do you offer other services related to pools, such as repairs?

We are your one-stop shop for everything pool related! Besides your weekly pool maintenance, we are a full-service pool company with services including equipment repair, pool remodeling, new equipment installation, and more!

Do I need to be home during the pool cleaning?

You do not need to be home during our pool cleaning, but we do ask that we have access to the pool, pets are kept away, and the area we are working is clear. We will provide a detailed summary of what services were provided at each visit.

Are your products safe for my kids and pets?

Our technicians are expertly trained at properly storing, transporting, and using pool chemicals. In normal circumstances, the pool can be used immediately following our services. Sometimes, additional chemicals are required to bring your water chemistry into balance and we will recommend anywhere from a few hours to a few days of no swimming. Your detailed visit summary will include this information.
